Valuing Healthcare Transactions and Agreements
Representatives from Blue & Company LLC will return to the Columbus Bar on October 5 to conclude their three-part series with the 3.0 CLE hour seminar, Valuing Healthcare Transactions and Agreements.
The determination of value in the healthcare industry is impacted by multiple rules and regulations including those of the US Internal Revenue Service, the Office of the Inspector General and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Blue’s Kameron H. McQuay, CPA/ABV, CVA; Alexander N. Fritz, CPA/ABV, CVA; and Jeffry M. Moffatt, CPA/ABV/CITP, CVA will provide a good view of the valuing process in health care by covering regulation, guidance and standards related to valuation in healthcare; current developments and trends in the healthcare industry; techniques and methods for evaluating and benchmarking healthcare providers; and common strategies for partnering healthcare providers.
