Masters Series - Employment Law: Panel of Experts to Present

The distinguished 2012 CLE Masters Series continues with Employment Law on September 18.

Experienced labor and employment lawyers will address the most current and rapidly evolving topics in labor and employment law including social media, technology, non-competes, disability discrimination, wage hour litigation, and key legislative and case law developments.

Program organizers William A. Nolan, Barnes & Thornburg, and Marie-Joëlle C. Khouzam, Carlile Patchen & Murphy, have invited a panel of experts.

Visiting presenters include Charles J. Muhl, senior field attorney at the Chicago Regional Office of the National Labor Relations Board; Jason R. Bristol, Cohen Rosenthal & Kramer (Cleveland); Kelly A. Henrici, executive director of the program in law and technology at the University of Dayton School of Law; Mark J. Stepaniak, partner in the labor and employment department at the Cincinnati office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister, and Stephen S. Zashin, co-managing partner of Zashin & Rich at their Cleveland office and head of the firm’s employment and labor group.

Completing the list of presenters are Columbus attorneys: Andrew S. Baker, Baker Law Group; Trisha M. Corbin, Bob Evans Farms; Brian D. Hall, Porter Wright Morris & Arthur, and Gary A. Reeve, Law Offices of Gary A. Reeve.
