Franklin County Municipal Court - Court Appointed Counsel List

Open enrollment for the Franklin County Municipal Court Appointed Counsel List will occur during the month of July, 2012. Any attorney who would like to be considered for addition to the list should submit a completed Appointment of Counsel Application on or after July 1, 2012 to:

All applications must be received by the close of business on July 31, 2012. For further information, contact Mr. Eckstein at 614/645.8224.

Applicants should consult the Franklin County Municipal Court Local Rule 16 (Appointed Counsel) for the requirements for inclusion on the list. The application form can be obtained at:

Attorneys who are already on the list do not need to reapply.
