Green Light and Red Flag: Avoiding Case Preparation Pitfalls
Litigating matters require expertise on how to quickly review case documents to determine strategy, theory of liability, etc. At times the facts of the case may be complex or uncommon, making the discovery and trial prep process more difficult.
Green Light & Red Flag, Part 1 (June 26) is designed to provide practical insight into managing a variety of cases from general considerations to construction. The target audience is attorneys and paralegals who do case management and document review during the course of discovery, and need to know what to look for.
Presenters for the 3.0 CLE hour program are Mindi Schaefer, OSBA certified paralegal, speaking on case management considerations; Brian Vandal, PE (electrical engineer) on shock/electrocution; Marri Susan Truman, PE (biomechanical engineer) on medical records and biomechanics; and Lee Martin, AIA, (architect, safety expert).
The seminar is Tuesday, June 26, 9:00am to12:15pm. Register online or call 614/221.4112.
