On June 19, the Columbus Bar will present a full day (6.0 CLE hours) seminar on Corporate E-Discovery. It’s everything to do with current best practice, workflow prioritization, cost efficiencies, risk reduction – all the problems with workflow solutions.
Presenters for the morning session will cover case assessments, data analysis, record retention, and the litigation hold process.
Afternoon topics include the communication flow between IT and Legal – litigation hold process, matter scoping, internal process audit, etc. Also presented are the technology advances and the effects on e-discovery (cloud issues, platform issues, collection issues), as well as how current technology advances have changed case assessment, litigation hold process, and collections.
