Planning for Things Expected and Unexpected
Bryan M. Griffith, chair of the Small Firm/Solo Practitioner Committee has organized the 3.0 CLE seminar, “Estate Planning for Lawyers,” for presentation on Friday, June 8 at 9:00am.
Lloyd D. Cohen will start the program with “A Lawyer’s Guide for Dealing with Disability and Unexpected Events,” followed by Richard F. Meyer’s segment, “What Happens When You Die.” The seminar will conclude with Cohen and Meyer joining Gretchen Koehler Mote and Bruce A. Campbell in a panel discussion, “Malpractice and Attorney Death, Disability and Disappearance.”
