Columbus Bar Foundation Annual Meeting

Columbus Bar Foundation President Heather Sowald announced that Sharon Davies, John Chester Jr. and Ronald Linville have accepted nomination to the CBF Board. The following Trustees are up for re-election: James Arnold, Stephen Buchenroth, James Davidson, Thomas Hill and Robert Palmer.

The election will be held at the Foundation’s Annual Meeting on May 8, noon at the Athletic Club of Columbus. She also announced that David Alexander will take office as the incoming CBF President effective July 1.

The Columbus Bar Association and Foundation 2012 Pro Bono Awards will be presented at the Annual Meeting by CBF President Heather Sowald and CBA President David Bloomfield, Jr to Lisa Eschleman and James W. Boyd Sr. for Outstanding Pro Bono Service by an Individual; U.S. Bankruptcy Judge John Hoffman for Outstanding Pro Bono Service by a Judge; and Michael Renner and Elbert Kram for The Legal Aid Society of Columbus, Volunteer Resource Center for Outstanding Pro Bono Project
