Change to Code Ratified

A special meeting of voting members of the Association (as defined in Article III of the Code) was held on Friday, January 13, 2012 at 11:30am at the Columbus Bar offices to ratify the proposed change to the Code of Regulations outlined here.

The voting members present at the special meeting approved the modified amendment to the Code providing for an increase in the total number of Nomination Committee members from five to nine. The change was proposed to provide a more diverse representation of the membership.

The 2012 Nomination Committee will be chaired by Columbus Bar Immediate Past president Hon. Stephen L. McIntosh. If you are interested in serving on the committee, contact Kathy Wiesman at 614/340.2063 or kathy@cbalaw.org by February 10.
