Attention, A-L Attorneys

The Supreme Court of Ohio Office of Attorney Services reminds attorneys with last names beginning with the letters A through L that they must file a report of their compliance with the continuing legal education hour requirement on or before January 31. Attorneys may file transcripts electronically online site or by mail. Online transcripts must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm, ET, January 31, 2012. Mailed transcripts must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2012.

Attorneys must file their final reporting transcript regardless of whether they have taken the requisite number of CLE hours. Attorneys who fail to comply with either the hour or reporting requirements will be subject to late fees and may be sanctioned or suspended from the practice of law.
