Boot Camp Wraps Up

The Bankruptcy Boot Camp series organized by Judith McInturff concludes on February 10 at 9:00am with a 3.0 CLE hour seminar focused on drafting and completing a Chapter 13 case. While the agenda may look similar to last year’s program, it is an updated version with John C. Cannizzaro, U. S. Bankruptcy Court, presenting.

Topics covered will include the 1301 co-debtor stay, duties of the trustee, rights and powers of the debtor, post-petition claims, conversion or dismissal and more. Time will also be dedicated to case drafting using a hypothetical including using Best Case software, a step-by-step guide to calculating a case and best practices.

The boot camp series ends as things are getting ramped up for the annual Bankruptcy Law Institute slated for May 10–11.
