CLE - We're Here 'Round the Year

While December certainly is the busy season for CLE, the program offerings continue through the oncoming year with a variety of topics covered in January alone. These programs include Real Property Tax on January 11, and a video replay on January 27 of the E-Filing Technology program which was presented by Barron K. Henley, Esq., Partner, Affinity Consulting Group, this past November.

Ethics, professionalism and substance abuse will be covered in video replays of two separate programs: The Internet, Social Media and Lawyer Professionalism on January 13 and Stuart Teicher: Threats of 21st Century Lawyering on January 23.

Real Property Law Institute is set for February 2 and 3. Online registration is available now and a course brochure with agenda and speakers will be available in the coming days. Save the date as well for our annual Probate Law Institute (May 4) and Bankruptcy Law Institute (May 10-11).

In addition, the CBA will play host in the new year to groupcasts provided by the Practising Law Institute in New York City. These will include Taxation of Financial Products and Transactions 2012 and Hedge Fund Registration and Compliance 2012.
