Update on Purchase Contracts, Low Down on Short Sale Package

William D. Fergus Jr. is the organizer of the 3.0 CLE hour "Real Property Update 2012" seminar to be presented on December 15. He will begin the session covering the CBA/CBR residential real estate purchase contract from the perspectives of representing buyers, sellers and brokers. Fergus will be joined by Carson Quillin, Owner/Partner, Superior Short Sale Services LLC, who will discuss creating a successful short sale package as well as navigating a successful short sale. The program will close with Paul E. Blevins, Title First, giving an overview of title insurance.
