Watershed Class Action Lawsuits

Watershed Class Action Lawsuits, a 3.0 CLE hour program organized by Anthony M. Sharett and Drew H. Campbell of Bricker & Eckler covering class action lawsuits is set for Tuesday, December 13 from 1:30-4:45pm. Mr. Campbell will be joined by presenters Bridget A. Purdue Riddell, Bricker & Eckler; Matthew R. Wilson, Meyer Wilson; Susan Costello, Nationwide Insurance; Judge James L. Graham, U.S. District Court; and Judge William A. Klatt, Tenth District Court of Appeals.

Recent Supreme Court cases will be covered including Wal-Mart v. Dukes. AT&T Mobility v. Concepcion will be discussed as well as things to consider in class action settlements. The judiciary panel will cover new developments in federal class litigation and highlights from recent developments at the state level.
