2011 Holiday Closing Notice for Municipal Court and Clerk of Courts

All offices of the Franklin County Municipal Court will be closed on the following days:

• Thursday, November 24, 2011.
• Friday, November 25, 2011. There will be no Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D. Arraignments will be held in Courtroom 4D on Saturday, November 26, 2011.
• Monday, December 26. There will be no arraignment docket in Courtroom 4D. Arraignments will be held in Courtroom 4D on Saturday, December 24, 2011.
• Monday, January 2, 2012. There will be no arraignment docket in Courtroom 4D. Arraignments will be held in Courtroom 4D on Saturday, December 31, 2011.

The offices of the Clerk of Court will operate as follows:

Only the Criminal Division will be open for 24 hours on the following days:

• Thursday, November 24, 2011
• Friday, November 25, 2011
• Sunday, December 25, 2011
• Monday, December 26, 2011
• Sunday, January 1, 2012
• Monday, January 2, 2012

(The closing of the Court will not affect filing deadlines on November 25, 2011, December 26, 2011 and January 2, 2012.)
