What experiences (work and personal) help you to be a better attorney?
I am a member of the Columbus Bar and its Bankruptcy Law Institute Planning Committee, a board member of the Credit Education Coalition, and a former member of the Judicial Liaison committee at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. I have spoken at several local bankruptcy seminars for the CBA, Credit Education Coalition, and the Legal Aid Society of Columbus.

What makes your law firm unique?
We have helped hundreds of clients obtain relief under the newest legislation which was passed in October 2005 and have educated ourselves in the most current Ohio property exemptions, allowing debtors to protect even more of their real estate and belongings.

Describe your personal interests and hobbies.
I am a father of three, which keeps me busy when I'm not working. I enjoy spending time skiing (water and snow), shooting, boating, and scuba diving.

Describe your charitable activities.
I volunteer my time with the Legal Aid Society of Columbus.
