Notary Public: How to Avoid Common Pitfalls

“Notary No-Nos” – the upcoming 1.0 CLE hour installment of CBA and Ohio Notary Association seminars will address concerns of both attorney and non-attorney notaries. Presenter Bradley B. Wrightsel will review deeds, mortgages, auto titles, affidavits and powers of attorney to help practitioners avoid misuses. He will highlight issues that can be easily overlooked and advise how to keep them on your radar. Wednesday, November 2, noon to 1:00pm, join us prior to the beginning of the CLE for a “bring-your-own” brown bag networking lunch from 11:30am to 12:00pm.
