Intellectual Property Law Updates
As the economic landscape shifts more and more toward internet based commerce, new legal challenges arise, including those related to intellectual property law.
The Columbus Bar will present “Intellectual Property Law Updates,” a 3.0 CLE hour seminar, November 1, 9:00am -12:15pm. Organized by Keith A. McCarthy, OAG Executive Agencies, this seminar is presented by expert faculty: Jonathan Blanton, AG Consumer Protection Section; John F. Marsh, Hahn Loeser & Parks; and Meredith M. Wilkes, Jones Day.
The morning presentations will address trade secret law updates, cyber fraud updates and trademark use in commerce on the internet.
