Time for the 23rd Annual Estate Planning & Charitable Giving Update

On October 26, the Columbus Bar again partners with the Columbus Bar Foundation for the Estate Planning and Charitable Giving seminar at the Jessing Center Pontifical College Josephinum. Participants may attend either a morning or afternoon 3.0 CLE seminar. The sessions are identical and will cover topics: new county court organization and mandatory e-Filing; structuring charitable gifts of IRAs; IRA planning today to avoid tomorrow’s mistakes; and four things you may or may not know about charitable deductions. Each session will be taught by Benjamin F. Suffron III, Senior Magistrate, Franklin County Probate Court; and Jeremiah W. Doyle IV, Senior Vice President, BNY Mellon Wealth Management.
