CBA and Central Ohio Association for Justice Present Second Annual Trial Skills Institute
Focusing on State v. Daniel Jacobs – the first case of aggravated vehicular manslaughter while texting indicted in Franklin County – the October 21 Trial Skills Institute will offer presentations and demonstrations of the trial from voir dire to closing arguments.
Presenters include Judge Daniel T. Hogan, Common Pleas; Dustin Blake, Plymale & Dingus; James L. Lowe, FC Pros. Ofc.; Shannon Leis, Scott & Nemann; Gregory S. Peterson, Peterson Ellis Fergus & Peer; Frank A. Ray; and David H. Thomas, R. William Meeks Co. Presenters Derek A. DeBrosse; Bradley P. Koffel; and David P. Meyer, Meyer Wilson, also play key roles on the organizing committee. Other members of the committee are Janica A. Pierce Tucker, Chester Willcox & Saxbe; and Sean Harris, Kitrick Lewis & Harris.
