Bankruptcy Boot Camp Revisited and Renewed

The 2011-2012 Bankruptcy Boot Camp series will kick off on October 7 with a 3.0 CLE hour morning session. Judith M. McInturff, solo practitioner and series organizer, will be joined by David M. Whittaker, Bricker & Eckler, to cover various aspects of exemptions and chapters 1, 3 and 5 of the Bankruptcy Code. While there are similarities with this program and part one of last year’s series, information will differ enough to make this year’s program another must see. Part two of the series is December 2, and Part 3 is slated for February 10.
