Lawyers' Comments - Commercial Docket

For several years the Franklin County Common Pleas Court has been participating in the “Commercial Docket” pilot project. A Task Force supervising that project for the Ohio Supreme Court is now evaluating the results of the pilot project and preparing a final report for the Supreme Court’s consideration. Lawyers with experience using the Commercial Dockets in Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo, or Cincinnati are encouraged to submit their recommendation on whether the pilot project should be made permanent, and suggestions for improvement.
