Franklin County Municipal Court: Court Appointed Counsel List Open Enrollment in July

Open enrollment for the Franklin County Municipal Court Appointed Counsel List will occur during the month of July, 2011. Any attorney who would like to be considered for addition to the list should submit a completed Appointment of Counsel Application to:

All applications must be received by the close of business on August 1, 2011. For further information, contact Mr. Eckstein at 614/645.8224.

Applicants should consult the Franklin County Municipal Court Local Rule 16 (Appointed Counsel) for the requirements for inclusion on the list. Click here to obtain the application form.

Attorneys who are already on the list do not need to reapply.
