Community Leaders and Activists Needed
The ACLU of Ohio is accepting applications for legislative volunteers.
The legislative volunteer is responsible for attending one or two legislative hearings each month and taking detailed notes on hearings. Hearings take place at the Statehouse in Columbus, usually between 9:00am and 5:00pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Candidates should have experience in advocacy or lobbying, either as a professional or a volunteer. Training and support will be provided.
