Masters Series: Domestic Law - June 21
We have all heard of bullying in schools, but Columbus Ohio Police Detective Christine Roberts shares that litigators need to also be aware that bullying exists in most domestic cases.
Technology has advanced the tools available for bullying. E-mail, text messages and cell phone records can serve as the evidence needed to make a case. Detective Roberts will discuss various aspects of this evidence during the morning session of the day-long Masters Series: Domestic Law CLE program set for June 21.
Former magistrate, Rexann Hosafros will take over in the afternoon to present on juvenile custody issues with unmarried couples. Jacklyn Ford will close the day with her presentation on legal, ethical and practical considerations concerning social media in discovery and litigation.
Master Series: Domestic Law is CLE Easy Pass eligible and will run from 9:00am-4:45pm, Tuesday, June 21. Pre-registration rates are: M $220; NM $310; AP: $160. Register online at www.cbalaw.org/cle or call 614/221.4112. Event number 110621MS.
