Franklin County Clerk of Courts General Division is Moving

The Franklin County Clerk of Court’s General Division (Criminal, Civil and Public Records) will move from their current locations at 369 S. High Street, Floor 3 to 345 S. High Street, Floor 1.

Note hours of operation and locations for General Division (Criminal, Civil and Public Records):

Memorial Day, Monday, May 30
ALL OFFICES CLOSED (holiday)

Tuesday, May 31
Criminal, Civil and Public Records open 8:00am – 5:00pm at 369 S. High Street, Floor 3

Wednesday June 1
Public Records CLOSED
Criminal & Civil Filings 8:00am – 5:00pm

Thursday, June 2
Public Records CLOSED
Criminal & Civil Filings 8:00am – 2:00pm

Friday, June 3
General Division-Criminal, Civil and Public Records offices CLOSED

Re-opening
On June 6, General Division (Criminal, Civil and Public Records) will re-open in new offices at 345 S. High Street, Floor 1, the new Franklin County Common Pleas Courthouse located at northwest corner of High and Mound Streets.

On behalf of Maryellen O’Shaughnessy, Clerk of Courts and all Deputy Clerks, thank you for your patience and understanding as our General Division moves to new offices.Phone inquiries during move dates and after relocation continue to be directed to: Civil 614/525.3621; Criminal 614/525.3650; Public Records 614/525.3625.

Please note the Domestic and Juvenile offices remain in their current locations at 373 S. High Street, Floor 4; and, Juvenile Traffic remains at 399 S. Front St., Floor 1. Hours of operation for these specific divisions will not be affected by the move. Those hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. However, on Memorial Day (May 30), these offices will also be closed.
