Commissioners Name New Board Secretary

Richard A Dove, an attorney with a 22-year career at the Supreme Court of Ohio, was named as secretary of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances & Discipline. He replaces Jon Marshall, who will retire at the end of June. Marshall has been with the board since 1989.

Dove currently serves as the assistant administrative director of the Supreme Court. His duties include assisting in the daily management of the Court and directing special projects and initiatives.

Marshall has served as chief legal officer and secretary for the Board of Commissioners since 1989. He continues to serve as a member and officer on the Board of Trustees of Ohio State Legal Services Association, and as a member of the Capital University Law School alumni board.
