CLE for Advisors of Advisors
Advisors turn to a variety of resources to stay at the top of their game – even to their own advisors. A 3.0 CLE hour program set for April 22 (Advising the Advisor) is designed with this in mind – catering to the advisors and those who advise them in matters such as tax and benefits, financial and business planning, and executive contract issues.
Anthony C. Ciriaco, Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease, will present on retirement; health and welfare; and other fringe benefits. Jay Randall and Mel Rochowiak from Principal Financial will then cover retirement planning, insurance issues, business valuation and exit planning. William A. Nolan, Barnes & Thornburg, will close out the program looking at executive contract issues from both perspectives – protecting the executive and protecting the business. He will discuss noncompete and other restrictive covenants as well as termination and severance provisions.
