Chester Professionalism Institute: Elder Law for Low and Moderate Income Clients

Ohio Supreme Court Justice Evelyn Stratton will speak to Veteran Issues and Trumbull County Probate Court Judge Thomas Swift will discuss his Elder Court initiative at the 2011 Chester Institute, next month.

Other topics include Basic Estate Planning, Alan Acker; Special Needs Trusts-Estate Planning for the Disabled, David Zwyer; Veterans’ Aid and Attendance Benefits, Timothy Stonecipher; Competency and Guardianships, Michael Juhola; Scams Targeting the Elderly, David Meyer and Erin Leahy; Nursing Home issues, J. Randall Richards; Professionalism, Stephen Fitch, John McDonald, William Porter and Robert Trafford.

This year’s Institute will be held on February 25, 8:30-5:00 at the Fawcett Center for Tomorrow, 2400 Olentangy River Road. It is approved for 7.25 CLE hours including 1.0 hour of professionalism.
