Graduation Day! Bankruptcy Boot Camp Series Ends

Caps will be flung in the air on Friday, February 11, at the final program of the Bankruptcy Boot Camp Series. Speakers Adam Barclay, Zellar & Zellar, and Judith M. McInturff, Judith M. McInturff Co., will present the information you need to be able to draft and complete a Chapter 13 case. Topics covered will include 1301 co-debtor stay, duties of the trustee, rights and powers of the debtor, post-petition claims, estates, best practices, using Best Case software and more.
