Attention Attorneys: Franklin County Municipal Court

Open enrollment for the Franklin County Municipal Court Appointed Counsel List will occur in the month of January 2011. Any attorney who would like to be considered for the List should complete the Appointment of Counsel Application and file it with Steven H. Eckstein, Assistant Court Administrator, 375 South High Street, 10th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215 by January 31, 2011. For further information, contact Mr. Eckstein at 614/645.8224.

Counsel should consult Franklin County Municipal Court Rule 16 (Appointed Counsel) for the requirements for inclusion on the List. The application form can be obtained at www.fcmcclerk.com/rules. To obtain a copy of the form click on the link at the bottom of the page.

Attorneys who are already on the list do not need to reapply.
