Need Ethics, Professionalism and Substance Abuse? Who's Your Daddy?
The traditional live annual requirements CLE program on December 2 is not exactly traditional. Bret A. Adams will start the program with his ethics presentation, “Who’s Your Daddy? Reflections of an Attorney Sports Agent on What’s Ethically Right and Wrong with the World.” Douglas J. Althauser, will step up to the podium next with his presentation on substance abuse. You may think it is traditional presentation regarding chemical dependency, but the presenter is not as traditional as you might expect. Douglas, a state, nationally, and internationally certified counselor has more than 20 year’s clinical experience. He is dual careered, earning his JD and admission to the bar in 2008. Ralph A. Kerns ties up the program with his humorous presentation on professionalism, “A Lighter Look at Representing the Difficult Client.”
The program was organized again this year by Heather Sowald, Chair of the Professional Ethics Committee. For more information or to register, click here or call 614/221.4112.
