Franklin County Municipal Court Holiday Hours

All offices of the Franklin County Municipal Court will be closed on the following days:

1. Thursday, November 25, 2010.
2. Friday, November 26, 2010. There will be no Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D. Arraignments will be held in Courtroom 4D on Saturday, November 27, 2010.
3. Friday, December 24, 2010, with the exception of the Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D.
4. Saturday December 25, 2010. There will be no arraignment docket in Courtroom 4D.
5. 5. Friday December 30, 2010, with the exception of the Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D.
6. Saturday January 1, 2010. There will be no arraignment docket in Courtroom 4D.

The offices of the Clerk of Court will operate as follows:

Only the Criminal Division will be open for 24 hours on the following days:

Friday, November 26, 2010
Friday, December 24, 2010
Saturday, December 25, 2010
Friday, December 31, 2010
Saturday, January 1, 2010

The closing of the Court will not affect filing deadlines on November 26, 2010, December 24, 2010 and December 31, 2010.
