New Lawyers Training: Core Components of Divorce and Dissolution
Kicking off season two of our New Lawyer Training Series, attorneys from the law firm of Dougherty, Hanneman & Snedaker, LLC will present a seminar on the core components of divorce and dissolution. Organized by Attorney Doug Dougherty, the class includes high-quality written materials with practical instructions, procedural checklists, and standard forms. The seminar has been approved for 3.0 regular CLE hours and 3.0 New Lawyer CLE hours.
New lawyers will learn the basics about how to handle a divorce or dissolution case. More experienced lawyers will learn about the new property division statute, the new Supreme Court of Ohio forms, and the new Franklin County local rules.
All instructors have significant experience with divorce and dissolution cases. Four of the instructors are certified specialists in Ohio Family Relations Law; presenting on topics are as follows: Attorney Doug Dougherty (divorce procedure); Attorney Stacey Gilbert (dissolution procedure); Attorney Jim Hanneman (property and debt division); Attorney Robert “Chip” Snedaker (custody and visitation); Attorney Joe Piccin (spousal support); and Attorney Gary Wellbaum (child support).
