Managing Partners Annual Diversity Meeting 2010

Since the baseline results gathered ten years ago, the signatory firms of the Columbus Bar Managing Partners Diversity Initiative have made notable progress with a 77% increase in the number of minority attorneys. Recruitment has largely been mastered with retention remaining the major challenge.

Judge Stephen McIntosh, Columbus Bar President, joins managing partners and other members of the board of governors in reviewing the results of the annual diversity survey.



The signatories of the action plan were reassured by Wally Martinez, managing partner of Hunton & Williams and speaker for the day, that their diversity story was on track and provided valuable takeaways to continue the journey.



Dean Alan Michaels closed the meeting with a thoughtful discussion of the survey results for law firms and law schools.
