Willis Health Care Reform Calculator

Some provisions of the new health care reform law are already in place, while others go into effect this month and still more changes are coming in 2014 and 2018. If you're like many people, you may be uncertain as to how health care reform will affect you financially, now and in the years to come.

Willis's team of actuaries, lawyers, underwriters, accountants and benefit consultants has devoted tens of thousands of hours in the last five months to researching and interpreting the new law. They've created a robust healthcare reform planning calculator, designed to provide employers with precise information on the true economic impact of healthcare reform on their particular group health plan. Employers can measure a variety of healthcare reform related scenarios – from examining the effects of maintaining grandfather status, to the potential impact of the “Cadillac” tax assessment (scheduled to go in effect in 2018).

The Columbus Bar and Willis have partnered to bring this service to Columbus Bar members at a substantial discount. Firms with 2-50 employees pay only $1,000; firms with more than 50 employees pay $1750. Non-members pay up to $7,500.
