Shots Fired II: Reloaded
~ written by Derek DeBrosse
A sequel to last year’s popular CLE “Shots Fired” is coming up October 15, for 3.0 CLE hours credit. With yet another landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision this past summer, the area of firearms law is constantly changing. The implications on an individual’s right to keep and bear arms are impacted by multitudes of events that attorneys can influence in their representation of the gun owner. This seminar is essential to an array of legal practitioners, from the criminal defense and domestic attorney who are at the front lines of protecting an individual’s Second Amendment rights, to the business attorney who needs to give advice to a client with respect to how they can operate within the guidelines of the State and Federal firearm laws.
Presented by Derek DeBrosse; Assistant Ohio Attorney General Jonathan Fulkerson, Michael Moran; John Litle, Franklin County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, “Shots Fired: Reloaded” will provide the necessary information to the attorney seeking to represent a client’s interests.
