In-House Perspectives at Masters Series: Employment Law

The Columbus Bar is presenting its second annual Masters Series Labor & Employment program on September 30, featuring seasoned private and public sector employment lawyers, presenting views from many sides of the most current and pressing employment law issues. In-house legal departments are well-represented and should provide attendees with the "client" perspective on timely issues.

Trisha Corbin from Bob Evans Farms will be part of the general session panel discussion on Social Networking, the Quon Decision, and Other Technology Developments. She will be joined by Professor Camille Hebert from the Moritz College of Law and Jackie Ford from Vorys Sater Seymour and Pease. Mary Menkedick Ionno from OSU will present a breakout session on background checks and the hiring process along with Angela Bosworth from OPENonline.

Other speakers are Judy Galeano (Mowery Youell & Galeano), Jan Hensel (Dinsmore & Shohl), Lawrence Mays (U.S. EEOC), Aaron Johnston (OAG's office), Fred Pressley (Porter Wright), Don Keller (Bricker & Eckler), Steve Wilson (NLRB), and Paul Bittner and Miranda Morgan (Schottenstein Zox & Dunn).
