Tackling Techno Stress

Tackling Techno Stress - a part of the CBA@noon Luncheon Series
September 28, 12-1pm
Lunch provided by UnitedHealthcare
It isn’t even 8:00am yet, and you have already responded to 15 emails, made four discovery requests, called your child’s school, and made an appointment to see the dentist. Sound familiar? Does your spouse refer to your Blackberry as the “other woman/man” in your relationship?
Techno stress is a modern disease caused by keeping up with the demands of technology and its resulting effects – such as the expectation to respond to client demands at all hours. A September 28 luncheon, sponsored by United Healthcare, Willis, and the Columbus Bar, will address how to maintain control over technological intrusions. You will also learn how to recognize the warning signs of technological overload and find ways to break the techno-stress cycle.
Lunch is provided. Seats are limited, RSVP to Jill Snitcher McQuain, jill@cbalaw.org, by Friday, September 24.
