Past President Bruce Lynn to Speak at CBA@noon

The Columbus Bar is pleased to announce the creation of a new, weekly luncheon program. Designed to bring members of the legal profession together in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, CBA@noon will offer networking, socializing, and the chance to hear about timely personal and professional development topics. The programs will take place on Tuesdays from noon to 1:00pm at the Columbus Bar offices.

The first “taste” of the series will be on August 24 when Willis of Ohio, United Healthcare, and the Columbus Bar, present the topic of multiple generations in the workplace. Lunch for this session will be provided courtesy of Willis and UnitedHealthcare. Reservations are required. RSVP by August 17 to jill@cbalaw.org.

The program moves into full swing on September 14 when Christopher Habel from the Cincinnati office of Frost Brown Todd will lead a discuss about diversity and the first year of their apprenticeship program. On October 5 attendees will get a real treat when Columbus Bar Past President Bruce Lynn will be the featured speaker. Mr. Lynn, who has traveled the world, will share his experiences and travel tips. In addition, many of his spectacular photographs will be on display throughout the Columbus Bar offices.

The Fall will feature programs on technology, exercise, stress management and more. Reservations are required as space is limited. Program cost is $8 and includes lunch. To reserve a spot, contact Donna Sweet at 221.4112 or donna@cbalaw.org. Suggestions for future topics are also welcome!
