Generational Differences in the Workplace

The Columbus Bar, Willis and UnitedHealthcare will bring Bar members a new luncheon series this fall. Each month, as part of the CBA@noon Luncheon Series, a UnitedHealthcare network of experienced training professionals will present a wide range of interactive, practical, and informative programs designed to help law firms address workplace challenges by providing employees with current information and educational materials about work/life issues.

Generations at Work, the first luncheon in this series, will take place on August 24 from noon to 1:00pm. The program will focus on bridging the generation gap as it exists in today’s workplace and create a framework within which to understand the generational approaches to work. Participants will explore the values that drive each generation; determine strengths of each generation and develop techniques for creating harmonious work teams.

Do not miss the opportunity to learn more about this important topic in today’s law firms. Seats are limited and lunch will be provided.

Members only RSVP to jill@cbalaw.org by August 17.
