Masters Series: Employment Law

William A. Nolan of Barnes & Thornburg and Marie-Joelle C. Khouzam, Carlile Patchen & Murphy, are sharing the lead in organizing Masters Series: Employment Law - a 6.0 hour CLE seminar scheduled for September 30. Experienced private and government lawyers will address the most current and rapidly evolving topics in labor and employment law including the new ADA regulations. There will also be panel discussions by experts on topics including employee misclassification, technology-related employment issues, and discrimination topics. In addition, the program will have breakout sessions that allot participants to hear about and discuss topics of specific interest, including background checks, developments at the NLRB, and health care reform for employment lawyers.
