Franklin County Municipal Court - Court Appointed Counsel List

Open enrollment for the Franklin County Municipal Court Appointed Counsel List will occur in the month of July 2010. Any attorney who would like to be considered for the List should complete the Appointment of Counsel Application and file it with Steven H. Eckstein, Assistant Court Administrator, 375 South High Street, 10th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215 by July 31, 2010. For further information, contact Mr. Eckstein at 614/645.8224.

Counsel should consult Franklin County Municipal Court Rule 16 (Appointed Counsel) for the requirements for inclusion on the List. Click here to obtain a copy of the application form.

Attorneys who are already on the list do not need to reapply.
