New Executive Director Search

A national search will be conducted for a new Columbus Bar Executive Director as a result of an announcement from Alex Lagusch that he will retire at the end of the year. The Columbus Bar Board of Governors has hired SC Search Consultants, LLC to engage in professional recruiting services and assist in the search process. A search committee has been appointed to begin working with SC Search Consultants, LLC in June. The members of the Search Committee include the following Columbus Bar members: Kathleen Trafford, Past President (co-chair); Sam Weiner, Past President (co-chair); Honorable Stephen McIntosh, President (ex-officio); David Bloomfield, Jr., President-elect (ex officio); Sally Bloomfield, Past President; Kenneth Cookson, Board member; Ivery Foreman, Audit Committee Chair; Honorable Richard Frye; Travis Jackson, LGBT Committee Co-Chair; Donald Leach; Albert Lin; Michael Mahoney, Columbus Bar Foundation Legal Counsel; Rosemary Pomeroy, Board member; Kathleen Ransier, former board member; Nancy Rogers, CBF Past President; Anthony Sharett, Board member; Elizabeth Watters, Immediate Past President; Douglas Wrightsel, CBA & CBF Past President; and Jamie Zitesman, Solo & Small Firm Committee Chair. Information regarding the search will be forthcoming when the process begins.
