Unconventional Divorce

“Isn’t every divorce unconventional?” You may ask. While each divorce case has its anomalies, the purpose of this 3.0 seminar is to cover two areas that arise infrequently. Contested custody – representing your client when sexual abuse allegations have been made; and military issues in divorce cases.

Elizabeth Johnson from Friedman & Mirman will present on the custody complications. LTC Duncan Aukland from the Ohio Adjutant General’s Department will team up with Magistrate Christopher A. Stallkamp from Erie County Common Pleas Court to tackle the military issues.
