Masters Series: Issues for the Business Lawyer
Consumer protection and environmental law are the main topics for this 3.0 CLE hour seminar slated for May 14. Susan Choe, Chief of the AG Consumer Protection Section, will be joined by Mary Amos Augsburger, Chief Counsel for the Division of Financial Institutions at the Ohio Department of Commerce; Helen MacMurray of MacMurray Petersen & Shuster; and Angela Coriell and Marsha Makel, both from Weltman Weinberg & Reis, presenting on consumer protection law. Environmental Law presenters will be Dale T. Vitale, Chief, AG Environmental Enforcement; Drew Bergman, Deputy Director for Legal Affairs, Ohio Environmental Protection Agency; Chris Jones with Calfee Halter & Griswold; and Frank Reed with Frost Brown Toddell.
