Here Comes the Judge(s)!

The Bankruptcy Law Institute set for April 29-30 will include presentations by eight judges. Together they represent the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and Franklin County Common Pleas. Chapter 13 Trustee representatives will also be present as well as more than a dozen attorneys. The agenda is packed with a variety of bankruptcy-related topics, and at the conclusion of this two-day event, attendees will also have received 1 hour professionalism, 1 hour ethics and 0.5 hour substance abuse.
