An Apology to the Author
We missed a copy revision in the Spring 2010 edition of Columbus Bar Lawyers Quarterly. On page 39, “A Snapshot of the Gun Control Act,” the last line of the first paragraph, middle column should read:
"The 7th circuit essentially set the stage for the determination of whether the Lautenberg Amendment is constitutional when applying intermediate scrutiny as the standard of review; an issue explicitly left to the lower courts in the Heller decision."
