View from the Bench - Franklin County and Beyond

The 2010 Masters Series will kick off March 12 with a Family Relations Law 6.0 hour CLE seminar. Organizers Scott N. Friedman and Kristy Swope have arranged a slate of distinguished speakers for this event including judges of the Domestic Division of the Franklin County Common Pleas Court: Kim A. Browne, Christopher J. Geer, Elizabeth Gill and Jim Mason. They will discuss the new Domestic Relations and Juvenile Case Management rules also being referred to as “The Rocket Docket.”

Magistrates from common pleas courts in Franklin and contiguous counties will discuss their county's treatment and interpretation of the new rules for Guardian Ad Litem, as well as to provide other GAL practice pointers for the county.
