Taxing Matters: Internal Revenue Code Section 409A - What Now?

The transition period for documentary compliance ended at the close of 2008, but 409A worries are here to stay. Our February 10 seminar will provide an overview of 409A and will address what practitioners should be doing now, covering such issues as how to correct operational defects, how to deal with the consequences of noncompliance, and considerations with respect to advising clients concerning internal compliance procedures and controls.
