Nuts and Bolts Series Concludes

Part 3 of Nuts and Bolts of Bankruptcy will take place February 12 from 9:00am to 12:15pm. Approved by the Supreme Court for 3.0 CLE hours, topics covered include post confirmation; three to five years of questions and life changes; the basics of drafting adversary complaints; and filing adversary complaints and documents with ECF.

Presenters for this seminar are Judith McInturff and Nannette Dean from Judith M.
